Flute Type & Size 

Timber or premium range...

Both timber and the standard (or premium range) are quite unique, made by reviewing traditional techniques with Brad’s Industrial Design approach and flexible Computer Aided Design, they have had extensive prototyping with to optimize the playability and sound. They’ve had a lot of work to get where they are, the standard model plays beautifully and is more affordable as they’re made with a combination of PVC pipe and 3d printing. This brings accuracy and consistency, although they still require traditional refinement and finishing to get them really nice ( why not do this in a workshop). In terms of appearance, Brad’s even had some people picking them up and saying “but what timber they are made from”.
The timber ones are in review and will be on sale soon at a higher price due to a more intensive fabrication requirement with options for either a heart profile or hexagonal beehive inspired profile, they use the same design process to get the optiomal acuracy, and are manufactured with CNC timber machining and traditional hand crafted finishing.

What Flute type and size is right for me?

NAS Flute  types  based on  sound range of the fundamental note (with all holes covered) & the Internal diameter of the sound chamber or bore size . These are  listed from highest to lowest tones.
18id - Soprano. higher pitch notes
23id - Alto. High to mid notes
30id - Mid range. Mid range notes
37id - Tenor. Mid to deeper notes. a smaller person may require side entry for  deeper notes in the range
43id - Baritone. Smooth deep notes. Larger flutes often with a larger span between finger holes, they often have side entry and a slight variation of finger position for better reach.  
Fujara. A large slovakian style overtone flute, with only 3 non-standard tuned finger holes spaced at a large distance.  Larger Fujara's require a huge capacity for breath. 

Variations...

Standard single entry with mouthpiece positioned at the back of the flute
Drone a double barrel flute where the fundamental is often either the same for each, one octave over or under the fundamental note.
Melody a double barrel flute where the fundamental is usually the same, but has 3 holes on one side and 2 or 3 on the other
Side entry used for larger flutes to maintain a larger finger reach for notes

Extras... 

Additional interchangable sound chamber, a separate sound chamber or bore at a different length and tuned to a different fundamental note, available only with the base range of flutes.
Additional binding. this is an aesthetic option with up to 3 bindings, one is incuded in the price if desired, an additional 2 are optional
Custom engraving. Why not have your personal symbol, branding or something else with meaning hand engraved. The cost is depending on the complexity
